Lawyers , a challenging profession.

In our subcontinent a good number of political leaders were Barrister like Mahatma Gandhi , Motilal Nehru ,Jahar lal Nehru ,M.A Jinnah ,julfikar Ali Bhutto, Umesh Chandra Banerjee, C.R.Das ,sarat  Bose ,jyoti Bose,Ashok Sen , Shankar Das Banerjee , Bhupesh Gupta and sidharta Sankar Roy etc.

It would be evident that Lawyers are very intelligent and their success depends on intelligence, presence of mind, knowledge of law, capacity to speak English fluently and Strong common sense. Apart from these appearance is also a factor.   Mainly two types of cases are held ,civil side and criminal side. Besides there are branches like tribunals, claim cases, labour cases, Industrial dispute cases ,central govt employee cases, Income tax and  sales tax cases and Divorce cases etc.

It is very difficult to get success in this profession.
It has been experienced that there is no hard and fast rule for the success. A good number of law years did very well in their examination but could not succeed while many did not well in the examination but in profession were successful.

Besides they are required to update their knowledge constantly , specially the judgements of  supreme court and all high courts.

The profession is so challenging that after winning a case they enjoy mental satisfaction like anything. It can't be denied that there are many flaws in our legal system yet many young men are joining this noble profession.
